Dream Journal 17 is one I had decided to do before I had to fly down to visit my mother in the ICU because her body was finally giving out on her from her alcohol abuse. She passed away and I painted this based on a dream I had where I decided to stop drinking. I haven't even had a drink in a dream since making that decision during the dream. This was a little gift for someone who very kindly donated enough money for me to buy a flatbed scanner to start making better prints from my art. They're a crocheter and so have a lot of yarn and crochet little pokemon! So I asked for their favorite pokemon, Espurr, and some yarn that is color matched to another pokemon.
