This is a six-inch by six-inch watercolor piece originally done as part of StreamINK 2023 for the prompts "egg" and "memory." This one is in memory of my mom who passed away at the start of the year. We always had eggs benedict at Christmas and since I don't like ham she would always make me something else to add to mine. Most often we did sauteed spinach and smoked salmon.
